O COL (Comit\u00ea Organizador Local) deve selecionar cerca de 15 mil pessoas, que trabalhar\u00e3o nas 12 sedes.<\/p>\n<p>Para ser volunt\u00e1rio \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter pelo menos 18 anos, completados antes do in\u00edcio do evento e n\u00e3o existe limite m\u00e1ximo de idade. O processo seletivo ser\u00e1 composto por diversas fases, sendo a presen\u00e7a e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o em todas obrigat\u00f3ria: treinamento geral online; din\u00e2micas de grupo; entrevistas individuais \/ testes de ingl\u00eas; treinamento espec\u00edfico online; e treinamento espec\u00edfico presencial.<\/p>\n<p>Na primeira fase das inscri\u00e7\u00f5es de 130 mil interessados, mais de 33 mil eram do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo. Quem j\u00e1 se candidatou no ano passado para trabalhar na Copa do Mundo da FIFA n\u00e3o precisa se candidatar novamente. As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o abertas por um per\u00edodo inicial de 15 dias, podendo ser estendidas por mais 15.
