Os im\u00f3veis que tiveram os maiores acr\u00e9scimos em mar\u00e7o foram os de um e dois dormit\u00f3rios, cujos pre\u00e7os oscilaram, respectivamente, 0,2% e 0,1%. As resid\u00eancias de tr\u00eas quartos n\u00e3o registraram varia\u00e7\u00e3o de fevereiro para mar\u00e7o deste ano.<\/p>\n<p>O tipo de garantia mais usado nos contratos de loca\u00e7\u00e3o em mar\u00e7o foi o fiador (47,5%), seguido pelo dep\u00f3sito de at\u00e9 tr\u00eas meses de aluguel (32%) e o seguro-fian\u00e7a (20,5%).<\/p>\n<p>As moradias alugadas mais rapidamente em mar\u00e7o foram as casas e os sobrados, com prazo m\u00e9dio de escoamento entre 13 e 31 dias.
