No mesmo per\u00edodo de julho, a taxa havia ficado em 1,11%. O segundo dec\u00eandio do IGP-M compreende o intervalo entre os dias 21 do m\u00eas anterior e 10 do m\u00eas de refer\u00eancia. O \u00edndice \u00e9 usado como refer\u00eancia para reajustes no aluguel.<\/p>\n<p>A maior contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para a alta do IGP-M veio do \u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7os ao Produtor Amplo (IPA), que subiu de 1,45% para 1,94%, entre a segunda pr\u00e9via de julho e a segunda de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a FGV, o \u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor (IPC) tamb\u00e9m sofreu leve alta e variou 0,26%, na segunda apura\u00e7\u00e3o de agosto, ante 0,23%, no mesmo per\u00edodo do m\u00eas anterior.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o terceiro sub\u00edndice do IGP-M, o \u00cdndice Nacional de Custo da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o (INCC) diminuiu para 0,36% na segunda pr\u00e9via de agosto.
