Isso ocorrer\u00e1 porque o <em><strong>IGP-M<\/strong><\/em> de junho, divulgado nesta quinta-feira pela FGV (Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas), registrou eleva\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,66%, com varia\u00e7\u00e3o acumulada nos \u00faltimos 12 meses (julho de 2011 a junho deste ano) de 5,14%.<\/p>\n<p>Para facilitar o c\u00e1lculo do reajuste, o Secovi-SP (Sindicato da Habita\u00e7\u00e3o) divulga mensalmente o fator de multiplica\u00e7\u00e3o para os casos de reajuste de 12 meses com varia\u00e7\u00e3o de IGP-M. Para os alugu\u00e9is que vencem em julho, com pagamento previsto para o final de julho ou in\u00edcio de agosto, esse fator \u00e9 de 1,0514.<\/p>\n<p>Segue um exemplo da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do fator.
