Em \u00e9poca de feriado, muitas pessoas deixam de doar, ao mesmo tempo em que a demanda por sangue aumenta por conta do maior n\u00famero de acidentes.<\/p>\n<p>Respons\u00e1vel pelo abastecimento de 128 hospitais da Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de S\u00e3o Paulo, a Pr\u00f3-Sangue solicita a doa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o apenas desses tipos sangu\u00edneos, mas de todos, pois, com a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o do inverno e da campanha de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o contra a gripe, as doa\u00e7\u00f5es tendem a diminuir, visto que estes dois fatores afastam os candidatos dos postos de doa\u00e7\u00e3o, seja pelo impedimento tempor\u00e1rio em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da vacina\u00e7\u00e3o, seja pelo aumento das doen\u00e7as respirat\u00f3rias.<\/p>\n<p>Para doar basta estar em boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade, comparecer ao posto de coleta alimentado (evitar alimentos gordurosos durante 4 horas que antecedem a doa\u00e7\u00e3o, e bebidas alco\u00f3licas 12 horas antes), ter entre 16 e 67 anos (menores de idade devem consultar o site da Pr\u00f3-Sangue), pesar no m\u00ednimo 50 quilos e apresentar documento de identidade original com foto. Quem estiver com gripe ou resfriado deve aguardar uma semana ap\u00f3s recuperar-se para fazer a doa\u00e7\u00e3o.
