Com a denomina\u00e7\u00e3o inspirada na resid\u00eancia m\u00e9dica, o programa visa a fortalecer a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais pelas institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino superior por meio de est\u00e1gio obrigat\u00f3rio a partir do terceiro ano. &#8220;O Ensino Superior \u00e9 muito importante, mas nem sempre \u00e9 suficiente tamanha a complexidade de algumas profiss\u00f5es. A resid\u00eancia para complementar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional \u00e9 extremamente relevante&#8221;, justificou o governador.<\/p>\n<p>Os residentes receber\u00e3o bolsas no valor de R$425 e aux\u00edlio-transporte de R$180. No segundo semestre, cerca de 15 mil universit\u00e1rios dar\u00e3o in\u00edcio ao est\u00e1gio em 483 escolas estaduais. A dura\u00e7\u00e3o do est\u00e1gio, que n\u00e3o pode ultrapassar sete meses, ser\u00e1 de 400 horas. O investimento previsto para a primeira etapa \u00e9 de R$73,1 milh\u00f5es. &#8220;A Resid\u00eancia Educacional traz o jovem para dentro da institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino ainda durante a faculdade para incentiv\u00e1-lo a ser um bom professor&#8221;, explicou o Secret\u00e1rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Herman Voorwald.<\/p>\n<p>Nas pr\u00f3ximas semanas, a Secretaria da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o far\u00e1 chamamento p\u00fablico para as institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino superior interessadas em participar do programa.
