No acumulado do primeiro bimestre, o IPC atingiu 0,59% e entre fevereiro do ano passado e igual m\u00eas deste ano, a taxa subiu 5,23%.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00faltima vez que foi registrado \u00edndice negativo pela Fipe foi na terceira quadrissemana de junho de 2010, quando a varia\u00e7\u00e3o foi de -0,08%. Esse recuo de fevereiro foi provocado, principalmente, pelo grupo alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o que apresentou a quarta redu\u00e7\u00e3o seguida (-0,98%). No m\u00eas anterior, a taxa tinha apresentado um decr\u00e9scimo de 0,5%, depois de ter iniciado o ano com um avan\u00e7o de 1,86%.<\/p>\n<p>Outros dois grupos tamb\u00e9m tiveram varia\u00e7\u00f5es negativas e ajudaram na perda de for\u00e7a inflacion\u00e1ria: transportes com -0,16% em fevereiro ante uma taxa de 0,31% em janeiro e, na mesma base de compara\u00e7\u00e3o, vestu\u00e1rio que saiu de uma alta de 0,6% para -0,44%.<\/p>\n<p>Em despesas pessoais houve decr\u00e9scimo com a taxa em 0,25% ante 0,87%. O mesmo movimento foi constatado em educa\u00e7\u00e3o com 0,47% ante 6,42%.
