Os interessados devem entrar em contato com as <a href=\"http:\/\/downloads.caixa.gov.br\/_arquivos\/programa_adolescente_aprendiz\/chamada_publica001\/Resultado_Final_ESFL_Selecionadas_1_Chamada_Publica.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">entidades selecionadas<\/a>, para efetuar a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 necess\u00e1rio ter de 14 anos e meio a 16 anos incompletos, estar cursando, no m\u00ednimo, o 9\u00ba ano do Ensino Fundamental e possuir renda familiar per capita de at\u00e9 meio sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n<p>A contrata\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada, gradualmente, nas localidades onde houver vaga dispon\u00edvel e de acordo com as necessidades estrat\u00e9gicas da CAIXA. O contrato tem a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 24 meses e os adolescentes ser\u00e3o capacitados nas ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es de cont\u00ednuo (office-boy), auxiliar de escrit\u00f3rio e escritur\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>O programa, criado em 2003, j\u00e1 beneficiou mais de 17 mil adolescentes.
