A opera\u00e7\u00e3o anual visa coibir irregularidades ao C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC). No ano passado foram 459 estabelecimentos fiscalizados e 116 autuados.<\/p>\n<p>Equipes de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da capital e dos n\u00facleos regionais de Santos e S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 dos Campos estar\u00e3o em diversos munic\u00edpios do litoral, para verificar o com\u00e9rcio local.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Essa opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 importante para garantir que os direitos dos consumidores sejam preservados, especialmente nesse per\u00edodo em que essas cidades recebem um grande fluxo de turistas&#8221;, afirmou o diretor de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Procon-SP Renan Ferraciolli.<\/p>\n<p>Na primeira semana de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, ocorrida em Santos, S\u00e3o Vicente e Praia Grande, com o apoio do Cidoc de Santos e do Procon municipal de Praia Grande, foram 77 estabelecimentos fiscalizados e 14 autuados. Nas pr\u00f3ximas semanas as equipes percorrer\u00e3o o restante do litoral. Confira aqui o resultado da primeira etapa.<\/p>\n<p>Os estabelecimentos autuados responder\u00e3o a processo administrativo, podendo ao final serem multados.
