Esse n\u00famero ainda \u00e9 preliminar, podendo ser ainda mais expressivo. \u00c9 a maior contrata\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 efetuada pelo banco. O valor atingido representa 12% a mais do que o registrado no mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior, quando foram contratados R$ 205 bilh\u00f5es em cr\u00e9ditos totais.<\/p>\n<p>O destaque desse resultado foi mais uma vez a carteira imobili\u00e1ria do banco, que det\u00e9m 75% do mercado no setor. O cr\u00e9dito habitacional totalizou R$ 81,8 bilh\u00f5es das opera\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas ao longo do ano, correspondendo a 35,5% do resultado. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior houve um crescimento de 4,6%.<\/p>\n<p>As opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito comercial para pessoa f\u00edsica totalizaram R$ 59,7 bilh\u00f5es, representando um crescimento de 26,7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2010. J\u00e1 o cr\u00e9dito comercial para pessoa jur\u00eddica cresceu 19,4%, chegando ao valor de R$ 65,7 bilh\u00f5es.
