Considerando os \u00faltimos 12 meses, a alta acumulada \u00e9 19,66%. Essa \u00e9 a maior eleva\u00e7\u00e3o para o per\u00edodo de um ano, desde que a pesquisa come\u00e7ou a ser feita, em janeiro de 2005.<\/p>\n<p>Para Francisco\u00a0Virgilio Crestana, vice-presidente de Gest\u00e3o Patrimonial e Loca\u00e7\u00e3o do Secovi-SP, \u201cisso mostra que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 um estoque suficiente de im\u00f3veis para se alugar na cidade, situa\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00e3o deve ser revertida em curto prazo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O maior \u00edndice de\u00a0aumento foi encontrado nos im\u00f3veis com um ou dois quartos, que subiram no m\u00eas passado, em m\u00e9dia, 3% e 2,5%, respectivamente. Apartamentos e casas de tr\u00eas dormit\u00f3rios n\u00e3o apresentaram varia\u00e7\u00e3o em outubro.<\/p>\n<p>Para os contratos de\u00a0aluguel em andamento, com anivers\u00e1rio em novembro e atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o pelo \u00cdndice Geral de Pre\u00e7os de Mercado (IGP-M), da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Getulio Vargas (FGV), o reajuste ser\u00e1 6,95%. Esse percentual, segundo o Secovi, demonstra tend\u00eancia de redu\u00e7\u00e3o da taxa acumulada do ano.<\/p>\n<p>Entre as modalidades de garantia\u00a0locat\u00edcia, a mais utilizada em outubro foi o fiador, que respondeu por 47,5% dos novos contratos. Em seguida aparece o dep\u00f3sito antecipado de tr\u00eas meses de aluguel, que foi a garantia apresentada em 32% das loca\u00e7\u00f5es.
