Na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com junho, houve crescimento de 0,2%. De acordo com a pesquisa do Secovi-SP &#8211; o Sindicato da Habita\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; divulgada hoje (19), foram comercializadas em julho 2.722 unidades residenciais, das quais 50% com dois dormit\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<p>De janeiro a julho, as vendas apresentaram redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 28,6%, com 14.402 unidades em 2011, contra 20.182 em 2010.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO resultado n\u00e3o surpreende, j\u00e1 que, em 2010, o pa\u00eds atravessava um per\u00edodo de exuber\u00e2ncia econ\u00f4mica, com \u00edndices de crescimento acima da m\u00e9dia\u201d, avaliou o economista-chefe do Secovi-SP, Celso Petrucci.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo os dados, os im\u00f3veis com tamanho entre 46 metros quadrados (m\u00b2) e 65 m\u00b2 responderam pela comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de 1.219 unidades (44,8% do total). Os que est\u00e3o abaixo de 45 m\u00b2 foram 29,8% do total.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o Secovi-SP, na regi\u00e3o metropolitana, composta por 39 munic\u00edpios, incluindo a capital, foram vendidos 4.554 im\u00f3veis, 7,6% a menos do que em junho (4.962 unidades).
