Um inqu\u00e9rito civil foi instaurado ontem (10) para apurar suposto desrespeito a 2.380 decis\u00f5es do Juizado Especial Federal de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>As determina\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais s\u00e3o referentes a processos de pedido de revis\u00e3o de aposentadorias e pens\u00f5es pagas pelo INSS. Segundo o procurador regional dos Direitos do Cidad\u00e3o do MPF\/SP, Jefferson Aparecido Dias, o INSS deixa de cumprir as decis\u00f5es judiciais e, com isso, al\u00e9m de prejudicar aposentados e pensionistas, causa preju\u00edzo ao sistema previdenci\u00e1rio como todo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA morosidade no cumprimento pode gerar o rec\u00e1lculo para atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o e incid\u00eancia de juros sobre os valores devidos aos segurados da Previd\u00eancia Social, onerando, desta maneira, o sistema previdenci\u00e1rio e a sociedade\u201d, informou, em nota, o procurador.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o \u00f3rg\u00e3o, das 2.380 determina\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais n\u00e3o cumpridas, 421 s\u00e3o decorrentes de acordos propostos pelo pr\u00f3prio INSS.<\/p>\n<p>O MPF\/SP notificou o INSS para que informe quem s\u00e3o os respons\u00e1veis pelo descumprimento das decis\u00f5es judiciais. Caso o desrespeito seja confirmado, os agentes p\u00fablicos podem ser denunciados \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a por improbidade administrativa.<\/p>\n<p>Em nota, o INSS informou que o of\u00edcio do MPF\/SP ainda n\u00e3o foi entregue.
