Segundo levantamento divulgado hoje (18) pelo Sindicato da Habita\u00e7\u00e3o de S\u00e3o Paulo (Secovi-SP), no primeiro bimestre foram vendidas 2.699 moradias, queda de 38,2% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado.<\/p>\n<p>Na regi\u00e3o metropolitana, a queda registrada no segundo m\u00eas do ano foi de 31,7%, com a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de 3.728 im\u00f3veis. Para o Secovi-SP, ainda \u00e9 cedo para apontar uma tend\u00eancia de desaquecimento do setor. A entidade espera, no entanto, que o resultado de mar\u00e7o tamb\u00e9m fique abaixo do alcan\u00e7ado em mar\u00e7o de 2010. \u201cEm mar\u00e7o, al\u00e9m de se perceber a influ\u00eancia do per\u00edodo de carnaval, os resultados poder\u00e3o n\u00e3o mostrar a desenvoltura dos anos anteriores\u201d, avaliou o economista-chefe do Secovi, Celso Petrucci.<\/p>\n<p>Os im\u00f3veis de dois quartos foram os mais vendidos em fevereiro, com 777 unidades, equivalente a 41,6% do total. Em seguida v\u00eam as resid\u00eancias de tr\u00eas dormit\u00f3rios, que representaram 32,3% da comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o. Entre as moradias negociadas, 89,1% tinham \u00e1rea \u00fatil de, no m\u00e1ximo, 130 metros quadrados (m\u00b2).
