De acordo com o l\u00edder do partido na C\u00e2mara, deputado Duarte Nogueira (SP), boa parte das d\u00favidas que os tucanos tinham foram esclarecidas por Rebelo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO PSDB orientar\u00e1 [sua bancada] pela aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do relat\u00f3rio. Desde a semana passada, estamos ouvindo a bancada e a grande maioria \u00e9 favor\u00e1vel ao parecer\u201d, disse o l\u00edder. Segundo ele, as quest\u00f5es que persistirem ou que surgirem poder\u00e3o ser tratadas como destaques na vota\u00e7\u00e3o da mat\u00e9ria no plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara.<\/p>\n<p>Para Nogueira, a discuss\u00e3o sobre o c\u00f3digo j\u00e1 est\u00e1 \u201cbem madura\u201d. \u201cN\u00e3o nos parece salutar continuar a adiando. Isso agrava ainda mais a inseguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica no campo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O l\u00edder do PSDB disse ser contra a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do Decreto 7.029\/09, que vence em 11 de junho e estabelece prazo para que os produtores fa\u00e7am a averba\u00e7\u00e3o da reserva legal.
