Em junho do mesmo ano, o  Brasil j\u00e1 tinha o seu primeiro empreendimento totalmente sustent\u00e1vel, t\u00edtulo  concedido \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Cotia Granja Viana do Banco Real ABN Amro.<\/p>\n<p>Desde ent\u00e3o, j\u00e1 s\u00e3o 19 empreendimentos certificados no pa\u00eds, quantidade que  coloca o pa\u00eds em 6\u00ba lugar no ranking quantitativo de empreendimentos  sustent\u00e1veis, atr\u00e1s apenas de EUA, Emirados \u00c1rabes, \u00cdndia, Canad\u00e1 e China,  respectivamente. A expectativa do GBC Brasil \u00e9 fechar 2010 com 250  empreendimentos em processo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Como forma de incentivar esse crescimento, a Reed Exhibitions Alcantara  Machado e o GBC Brasil realizam na pr\u00f3xima semana, entre 1 e 3 de setembro, no  pr\u00e9dio da Fecom\u00e9rcio, na capital paulista, a 1\u00aa Greenbuilding Brasil &#8211;  Confer\u00eancia Internacional &amp; Expo.
