Este \u00e9 mais um canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o no qual o usu\u00e1rio poder\u00e1 efetuar reclama\u00e7\u00f5es e resolver situa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas ao emplacamento de ve\u00edculos (lacra\u00e7\u00e3o e relacra\u00e7\u00e3o) no Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>O cidad\u00e3o contar\u00e1 com um endere\u00e7o de e-mail exclusivo para atendimento sobre quest\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0s placas, o <strong><em><a href=\"mailto:placasdetran@sp.gov.br\">placasdetran@sp.gov.br<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. Junto com o fax (11) 3627-7536, o servi\u00e7o de e-mail \u00e9 ininterrupto, podendo ser utilizado todos os dias da semana.<\/p>\n<p>As mensagens s\u00e3o recebidas pela Assessoria de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Imprensa do Detran-SP. Feito isso, os servidores respons\u00e1veis anotaram os dados do reclamante, como identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, endere\u00e7o, telefone de contato e as placas dos ve\u00edculos para providenciar a solu\u00e7\u00e3o do problema.<\/p>\n<p>Outra op\u00e7\u00e3o de atendimento \u00e9 a linha direta com o cidad\u00e3o por meio do telefone (11) 3627-7496.
