De autoria do senador Pedro Simon (PMDB-RS), o projeto, que ficou conhecido como o &#8220;projeto da ficha suja\u201d, foi aprovado em car\u00e1ter terminativo, ou seja, n\u00e3o precisar\u00e1 passar pelo plen\u00e1rio do Senado, e segue, agora, para tramita\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o projeto, pol\u00edticos que tenham condena\u00e7\u00f5es envolvendo pr\u00e1ticas de crimes doloso, hediondo, improbidade administrativa, contra o sistema financeiro e outros delitos ficar\u00e3o impedidos de receber o registro de candidatura.
