font-family: Verdana;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;\">&#8211; Os recursos jur\u00eddicos de direito que cabem ao Governador Ivo Cassol j\u00e1 foram providenciados com os fundamentos \u00e9ticos, legais e morais que os embasam;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Verdana;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;\">&#8211; Todos os entendimentos da assessoria jur\u00eddica convergem para a concess\u00e3o de liminar anulando a decis\u00e3o do magistrado, uma vez que as h\u00e1 conflitos entre as doutrinas e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 qualquer amea\u00e7a \u00e0 ordem p\u00fablica ou ao andamento do processo;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;
