Segundo dados o Sinapi acumula taxas de infla\u00e7\u00e3o de 3,48% no ano e de 4,33% nos \u00faltimos 12 meses.<\/p>\n<p>Com a alta, o custo da constru\u00e7\u00e3o por metro quadrado passou de R$ 1.099,01 em agosto para R$ 1.103,98 em setembro deste ano.<\/p>\n<p>Os materiais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o apresentaram varia\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os de 0,68%, passando a custar R$ 570,79 por metro quadrado em setembro.
