A taxa \u00e9 a mais baixa para meses de agosto desde 2010 (0,04%). A taxa ficou abaixo dos 0,24% de julho deste ano e dos 0,44% de agosto do ano passado.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo dados divulgados pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estat\u00edstica, o IPCA acumula taxa de 1,62% no ano, a menor acumulada para o per\u00edodo desde o in\u00edcio do plano real, em 1994. Em 12 meses, a taxa acumulada chega a 2,46%, abaixo do piso da meta de infla\u00e7\u00e3o, que \u00e9 de 3%.<\/p>\n<p> Os alimentos foram os principais respons\u00e1veis pelo recuo da infla\u00e7\u00e3o em agosto, com uma queda de pre\u00e7os de 1,07% no m\u00eas.
