Os dados do indicador foram divulgados no Rio de Janeiro, pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Getulio Vargas (FGV). A taxa de retorno total \u00e9 menor que a registrada no primeiro trimestre, que havia sido de 1,7%, e no segundo trimestre de 2016 (2,2%).<\/p>\n<p>O retorno total \u00e9 a taxa que o im\u00f3vel reverte para o propriet\u00e1rio do im\u00f3vel, considerando-se o retorno de capital, isto \u00e9, o valor de mercado do im\u00f3vel, e o retorno da renda, ou seja, a renda que se obt\u00e9m trimestralmente com aquele im\u00f3vel (principalmente atrav\u00e9s de alugu\u00e9is).<\/p>\n<p>A taxa de retorno de capital foi negativa no segundo trimestre deste ano: -0,2%. J\u00e1 a taxa de retorno da renda ficou em 1,7% no per\u00edodo.
